Refunds

Refunds or Exchanges must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your product. (Delivered date)
Postage for both the return, and the exchange of the product will be at the cost of the buyer. Exchanges must include a satchel, so we can send you the exchanged product.

The return must be received within 7 business days from the date of when we send the return confirmation email with the return address. Once the item is returned we will process the refund. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN WITH THE CARE SWING TAG ATTACHED. IF REMOVED, THE ITEM IS NO LONGER RETURNABLE.

Refunds will incur the original shipping fee taken off the price of the refund.
For example if you return a Tee at 89.95 you will be refunded $89.95 minus shipping fee = $79.45 ($10.50 shipping fee). The shipping fee depends on your product, and the exact cost for the shipment to you. 

ALL ITEMS FOR OUR END OF SEASON SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

ITEMS with the EOFY SALE ARE non refundable, but exchangeable for a different style, size or credit note.
The cost of the postage exchange is at the buyers cost. This includes the cost to return, and a satchel must be included with the return for the new product to be shipped back to you.
